The hotel staff was very friendly. The animation team provided lots of activities. There is a heated pool available both inside and outside. The guest relations team was very attentive. The rooms were clean. Food tasted good.
The hotel offers limited parking and the spaces are not designated. I received a police call to move my car parked outside the premises.

The rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. the resort is large. a water park is available . the hotel vibes were great. The staff were professional.
the air conditioning was quite noisy unless i was standing directly under the vent.

The buffet offers much variety and good quality. there is a kids' section, but options were limited. The a la carte restaurant was peaceful, and delicious! the branded ice lollies were a nice touch.

the hotel has extensive, beautiful gardens that lead to a sandy beach. the pools were a highlight. a lovely coffee shop opens at 9:30 each morning. the pools are a definite highlight.

The grounds are fine and vast. A paradise for relaxation. i adored the atmosphere with its gentle music. the staff members are genuinely kind and always smiling, i appreciated that a lot. i particularly enjoyed the beach area, so peaceful and serene.
the gym equipment felt a bit dated, it could benefit from an upgrade.

The room cleaning service lacked quality. Upon returning at 1 pm, i requested a clean, yet it remained messy, even after being 'cleaned' on previous days it was not too clean.
